Besides the fact the who ever wrote this article didn't take the time to proof read it first, the point here is that real estate professionals actually don't need to pay for this kind of canned meat..or trash(?)
It's true that many agents are not doing all they can for themselves or their clients but it is simple to get back up to speed without paying for on-going, expensive coaching! Start by plugging yourself (and your listings) into every venue available to you! The list is huge!
